The Board resolution dated October 12, 2020, the BOD of Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company (HSL) approved the following issues

1)      Approving the capital contribution to establish an associated company:

-          Company name: Elmaco Agriculture Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: ELMACO AGRI.,JSC

-          Head office address: highway 38B, Son Lai Commune, Nho Quan District, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND 80,000,000,000; Of which:

• HSL contributed VND 35,000,000,000, accounting for 43.75% charter capital of Elmaco Agri.,JSC;
• Mr. Pham Tuan Linh contributed VND 20,000,000,000, accounting for 25.00% charter capital of Elmaco Agri.,JSC;
• Mr. Luu Chien Thang contributed VND 25,000,000,000, accounting for 31.25% charter capital of Elmaco Agri.,JSC;

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Dung as the representative of contributed capital of HSL in Elmaco Agri.,JSC.
