According to the Board resolution dated October 09, 2020, the Board of Directors of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (“KHPC”) approved to hand over the assets which were invested and upgraded by Central Power Corporation (“EVNCPC”) to Phu Yen Power Company, a company directly under EVNCPC.

The Board of Directors agreed to terminate Agreement No.01/2018/EVNCPC – KHPC dated March 06, 2018 signed with EVNCPC for Ninh Hoa Distribution Grid Improving Project.

KHPC will return VND28,953,613,546 to EVNCPC for the difference between the asset depreciation and the capital portion.
