Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CTD) has received an official document dated October 07, 2020 by the State Securities Commission approving the delay in the disclosure of financial statements of CTD in 2020 as follows:
- For Quarter III and Quarter IV.2020 financial statements and reviewed quarterly financial statements (if any), the Company must disclose them within 30 days from the end of quarter, but no more than 05 days from the day the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements;
For the annual audited consolidated financial statements, the Company must disclose them within 100 days from the last day of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the day the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
