1. Approving the resignation of Mrs. Mac Hoang Anh as Chief Accountant as from January 05, 2020.
2. Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Phi Hanh as Deputy Chief Excutive Officer as from January 05, 2020.
3. Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Phuong Loan as Chief Accountant as from January 05, 2020.
