-       Charter capital: VND 230,500,000,000 (DIC Corp contributed VND 225,400,000,000 in Phuong Nam & VND 5,000,000,000 and VND 100,000,000 from Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong).

-       To appoint Mr. Vu Thanh Binh and Mr. Pham Van Thanh as the representative of stake of DIC Crop in DIC Tourist).
