CDC: Decision on tax penalties

Chuong Duong Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated December 23, 2019 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-       Penalty for false declaration & other: VND 1,466,960,089

-       Value added tax arrears: VND 311,832,292

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND 267,509,075

-       Late payment: VND 168,497,891.
