Pursuant to Regulations on Listing at Hanoi Stock Exchange attached to Decision No.639QD-SGDHN dated 13/10/2016, HNX announces that the following stock has been removed from supervision to be under alert:
- Issuer: VEXILLA Viet Nam Group Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: SVN
- Reason: Profit after tax of the holding company’s shareholders of 2018 is positive and the retained earnings as of 31/12/2018 in the audited consolidated financial statement FY 2018 is negative, according to point 4.2, Clause 4, Article 14 of Listing regulations.
- Effective date: 03/02/2020.
