On January 21, 2020, FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company approved to contribute additional capital in FPT Long Chau Pharma JSC (FPT Pharma) with the following details:

- Current stake in FPT Pharma: 75,000,000,000 dongs, accounting for 75% charter capital of FPT Pharma.

- Additional capital: 180,000,000,000 dongs

- Total capital in FPT Pharma after additional capital contribution: 255,000,000,000, accounting for 85% charter capital of FPT Pharma.

- To appoint Mrs. Nguyen Bach Diep, Chairman of BOD as representative of stake of FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company in FPT Pharma.

- To resign Mrs. Vu Thanh Huyen as Chief Financial Executive (CFO) as from January 31, 2020.

- To appoint Mr. Pham Duy Hoang Nam as Chief Financial Executive (CFO) as from January 31, 2020.
