VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company announes a Board resolution dated January 08, 2020 with the following issues:

Approving to seek shareholders’ approval in writing about the election of members of the Board of Directors for the term from 2019 to 2023.
Approving to seek shareholders’ approval in writing about the share buyback plan.
Approving a record date to determine a list of shareholders in order to seek shareholders’ approval in writing about the election of members of the Board of Directors for the term from 2019 to 2023 and the share buyback plan: February 04, 2020.

Time for balloting in writing: Quarter I.2020.
