On January 09, 2020, the Board of Directors of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company approved the signing of the sales and purchase agreements between Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company and Kyoto Medical Science (the company that JVC owns 100% of charter capital).
