VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank announces the first phase release of 30% of the restricted shares issued under ESOP 2018. Details are as follows:

-       Number of shares expected to be released: 5,183,504 shares (equivalent to 30% number of listing registration of 773 shareholders who are in the case of release.)

-       Expected release time: September 18, 2019.

  VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank announces the change of trading date of shares issued under ESOP 2018 as follows:

-       For 10,108,528 shares will be traded on September 18, 2019 (equivalent to 30% number of listing registration);

-       For 11,793,283 shares will be traded on September 20, 2020 (equivalent to 35% number of listing registration);

-       For 11,793,283 shares will be traded on September 20, 2021 (equivalent to 35% number of listing registration).
