On September 06, 2019, Vidipha Central Pharmaceutical Joint - Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 20,400 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 13,000 shares

- Purpose: to buy shares as treasury shares from the employees.

- Expected trading period: from September 19, 2019 to October 17, 2019

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

- Purchase price: VND12,500/share.
