On September 26, 219, Traphaco Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 (EGM) as follows:

Approving the resignation of Mr. Marcus John Pitt as member of BOD.
Approving the additional election of Mr. Ji Chang Won as member of BOD for the period 2016 – 2020.
