On September 26, 2019, Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company (TEG) approved to contribute capital for establishing an associated company with the following details:

- Company name: Truong Thanh Island Tourism Joint Stock Company

- Address: 159 Tay Son, Quang Trung Ward, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province.

- Charter capital: VND85,000,000,000, equivalent to 8,500,000 shares (TEG contributed VND 425,000,000, accounting for 0.5% charter capital of Truong Thanh Island Tourism Joint Stock Company).

- To appoint Mr. Hoang Dinh Loi as the representative of stake of TEG in Truong Thanh Island Tourism Joint Stock Company.
