According to the Board resolution dated September 20, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved to revoke 2,000 shares from ex-employee Nguyen Huy Diep under the regulation of ESOP. These shares will be transferred to the Labor Union of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company to manage and re-distribute to members of ESOP or staff under the decision of the Board of Directors.
