On September 20, the Board of Directors of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company approved to register to purchase the additionally-issued shares to increase the ownership ratio at Faros Investment and Development of Zoological Garden Joint Stock Company (short name: FAROS ZOO., JSC) from VND150 billion to VND250 billion.

-       Current owning volume: 13,500,000 shares (equivalent to VND135 billion)

-       Number of shares registered to buy: 9,000,000 shares (equivalent to VND90 billion)

-       Owning volume after trading: 22,500,000 shares (equivalent to VND225 billion, accounting for 90% charter capital of FAROS ZOO after the capital increase).
