The Board resolution dated September 16, 2019, the Board of Directors of Landmark Holding Joint Stock Company (LMH) approved to change the record date to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

- Record date: October 07, 2019 (instead of September 30, 2019)

- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

- Time of implementation: expected from October 03, 2019 to November 12, 2019

- Meeting venue: 132 Ham Nghi, Ben Thanh, district 1, Hochiminh City.
