On September 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company held a meeting to approve the following issues:

1. The change of personnel:

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Huu Quang from the Board of Directors, effective from September 12, 2019.

-       The candidate nomination letter by Saigon Water Corporation (SAWACO) to nominate Mr. Le Trong Thuan to the Board of Directors.

-       The resignation and election of a replacement member of the Board of Directors will be voted at the 2019 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

2. The Board of Directors approved to convene the 2019 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders:
