On September 19, 2019, Imexpharm Corporation announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 30,800 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 3,000 shares

- Purpose: to buy shares as treasury shares

- Expected trading period: from September 26, 2019 to October 25, 2019

- Trading method: to transfer rights to Imexpharm Corporation

- Purchase price: VND10,000/share.
