The Board resolution dated September 13, 2019, SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. The Board of Directors approved the additional funding for SMC Steel Com Ltd with the amount of VND30,000,000,000 from Investment and Development fund. Accordingly, SMC Steel Com Ltd will raise charter capital from VND200,000,000,000 to VND230,000,000,000.
2. The Board of Directors approved to buy back 19,250 shares from the employees resigned with total value of VND192,500,000.
3. The Board of Directors approved to pay first cash dividend for 2019:

-       Exercise ratio: 5% (500 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: October 2019.

4. The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Truong Van Minh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
