On September 16, 2019, Construction Joint Stock Company No 5 received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated September 12, 2019 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

- Penalty for false declaration: VND276,746,554

- Value added tax arrears: VND401,872,737

- Corporate income tax arrears: VND981,860,037

- Late payment: VND131,397,460.
