On August 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the cooperation agreement with subsidiaries. Details are as follows:

1)      The signing of cooperation agreement between Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TCB) and Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) to implement the investment products, including: bond, Fund Certificate… Accordingly, TCBS is the distribution agent or bank services which being supplied by Techcombank.

2)      The signing of cooperation agreement at Item 1 above replaces the cooperation agreement passed in Resolution No. 0811/2019/NQ-HĐQT-TCB dated June 25, 2019 of Techcombank's Board of Directors.
