On August 28, 2019, 577 Investment Corporation announces the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1)      Approving the company agreed to let Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) and/or CII’s related persons who are bought/received the transfer of NBB shares to raise the ownership ratio at NBB to 79% number of outstanding shares without the public tender offer.

2)      Approving to change its business lines.

3)      Approving the plan for 2019 cash dividend with the expected ratio of 50%.

4)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Hoang Huu Tuong as member of BOD as from August 28, 2019.
