The Board resolution dated August 19, 2019, City Auto Corporation (CTF) approved to buy the additional shares in the stock issuance of Nha Trang Auto Corporation (is a subsidiary of CTF). Details are as follows:
- Charter capital before the issuance: VND30,000,000,000 (CTF contributed 1,650,000 shares, equivalent to 55% charter capital of Nha Trang Auto).
- Charter capital after the issuance: VND50,000,000,000 (CTF will expect to be owned after the issuance: 3,650,000 shares, equivalent to 73% charter capital of Nha Trang Auto).
