On April 07, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No. 150 to put the stock PIT of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company under supervision status because the undistributed after-tax profit of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company in 2014 was -9.8 billion dongs; the after-tax profit of the parent company’s shareholders in 2015 was -7.9 billion dongs according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2014 and 2015.
On August 15, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the 2019 semi-annual reviewed financial statements of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the after-tax profit of parent company’s shareholders was 2.6 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit by June 30, 2019 was –25.3 billion dongs. However, the auditor continued giving an except-for opinion on the reviewed consolidated financial statements.
Therefore, HOSE continues to remain the supervision status for the stock PIT.
