On July 03, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved contents as follows:

1. Approving to change charter capital and additional capital contributing members at Thien Nam Confectionery Company:

-       Charter capital: increasing from VND4 billion to VND15 billion

-       Capital contribution ratio:

+ Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation contributed 51% of the charter capital equivalent to VND3,690,000,000.

+ Mr. Bui Tan Cuong contributed 10% of the charter capital equivalent to VND1,460,000,000.

+ HTK Sai Gon Land Investment Joint Stock Company contributed 39% of the charter capital equivalent to VND5,850,000,000.

-       Implement time: July 2019

2. Approving to converse of operation model from Thien Nam Confectionery Company Limited to Thien Nam Confectionery Company Joint Stock Company.
