According to the Board resolution dated July 03, 2019, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved to buy 51% shares of Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 918,000 shares of 1,800,000 shares of Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company with the transfer price of VND160,000/share.

After the transfer completes, Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company will own 51% charter capital of Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company.
