On July 20, 2019, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved to borrow, issue the bond payment guarantee and use assets to ensure the obligation of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp at Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) – Ben Thanh Branch.

Accordingly, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp suggested a credit limit of VND850 billion for borrowing and bond payment guarantee.
