According to Board resolution No.92/2019 dated July 17, 2019, FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Bamboo Airways Company will hire an aircraft and sign an aircraft rental agreement with Allaviation Leasing (Igo No. 3) Limited. The agreement will last 72 months from the date of delivery of aircraft.
2. FLC Group Joint Stock Company will grant a guarantee to Bamboo Airways Company to hire aircraft with Allaviation Leasing (Igo No. 3) Limited.

According to Board resolution No.91/2019 dated July 17, 2019, FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved to transfer the entire stake at FLC Holiday Service Trading Company Limited, as follows:

-       Value of the stake: VND50 billion, equivalent to 100% of charter capital of FLC Holiday Service Trading Company Limited.

-       Transfer time: in Quarter III.2019.
