Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announces the following contents:

On July 10, 2019, CII and partners successfully negotiated an investment agreement for one of CII's projects.
From June 15, 2019 to July 10, 2019, CII and/or CII's member units have completed the negotiation/signing of contracts to recover (investment capital and profit) with the amount of VND 1,120 billion.
With the success of the above negotiation, it is likely that CII will cancel the bond issuance with total amount of VND 800 billion (announced on July 5, 2019) or will continue to issue but leave perform other deals.
