On July 09, 2019, the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were 91 shareholders representing 3,605,930 shares, accounting for 18.03% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company was not eligible to proceed. The Company will organize the second annual general meeting and announce meeting date and venue in invitation letters to shareholders.
