According to the Board resolution dated July 10, 2019, the Board of Directors of SSI Securities Corporation approved to repurchase shares from the resigned employees as follows:

-       Number of shares to be repurchased: 1,115,500 shares

-       Financial resource for the repurchase: the undistributed after-tax profit on 12/31/2018 according to the audited consolidated financial statements.

-       Buying price: VND10,000/share.
