On July 09, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved to transfer the entire stake at Sai Gon 268 Trading Investment Joint Stock Company for VND244.7 billion. Of which, the profit of investment in the project of Sai Gon 268 Trading Investment Joint Stock Company is about VND125 billion.

The Board of Directors decided to purchase 04 hectares of the education project of Sai Gon 268 Trading Investment Joint Stock Company in order to build and develop the education system project. The estimated investment is VND74.9 billion.
