On July 09, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company approved the signing of contract for the package “Consulting and Supervision of construction and installation of office outside Workshop No.2, the foundation, lighting system and fence of Workshop No.3 in Chau Duc Industrial Zone” between Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company and Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company (related persons: Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thuan, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan).

Accordingly, Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company will be the firm carrying out the package “Consulting and Supervision of construction and installation of office outside Workshop No.2, the foundation, lighting system and fence of Workshop No.3 in Chau Duc Industrial Zone” with the contract value of VND107,205,212 (VAT included).
