-       Record date:  July 18, 2019

-       Payment date: August 19, 2019

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-       Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-       Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viglacera Corporation - JSC as from August 19, 2019.
