SMC: SMC to raise capital for SMC Tan Tao

According to the Board resolutions dated June 27, 2019, the Board of Directors of SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company unanimously approved to invest more capital to SMC Tan Tao Co., Ltd.

           Here are details:

-       Increased amount: VND70 billion

-       Financial resource: the investment development fund of SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company

-       The charter capital of SMC Tan Tao Co., Ltd. will increase from VND80 billion to VND150 billion.
