According to the board resolution dated June 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (short name: PECC2, code: TV2) decided to change the voting ratio of PECC2 at Ca Mau Renewable Energy Investment Joint Stock Company (short name: CMC). Accordingly, PECC2 owns 25% of CMC, equivalent to a voting ratio of 25%.

PECC2 will not receive the authorization of voting rights from the shareholders representing 25.5% of the total voting shares at CMC.
