     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 30%/share (Shareholders are entitled to receive VND 3,000 for every share they own)
- Exercise date: 11/07/2019
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Tracimexco - Supply Chains and Agency Services JSC on working days from 11/07/2019. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.
     * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 5:1 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 01 new share for every 05 shares they own)
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be cancelled.
- Place of payment
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
+ For undeposited shares: Tracimexco - Supply Chains and Agency Services JSC on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.
