The Board resolution dated June 20, 2019, LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company approves the following issues:

The Board of Directors approved to transfer 30% charter capital of Southeast Quang Tri Economic Zone Water Supply JSC to Licogi 16 Utility JSC.
The Board of Directors approved to buy the additional contribution capital and increase the holding ratio up to 90% charter capital in Licogi 16 Investment Renewable Energy JSC, Gia Lai Licogi 16 Investment Renewable Energy JSC and Ninh Thuan Licogi 16 Investment Renewable Energy JSC.
