On June 18, 2019, the Board resolution of Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company approved to pay cash dividend for 2018 and to issue shares for capital increase from the owner’s equity as follows:

1.  Approving to pay remaining cash dividend for 2018:

-       Record date: July 19, 2019

-       Exercise ratio: 25%/charter capital (2,500 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: July 31, 2019.

2. Approving the stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

-       Record date: July 19, 2019

-       Exercise ratio: 2:1 (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and every 02 rights will be entitled to receive 01 new share).

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
