The Board resolution of Thien Long Group Corporation dated May 20, 2019 to approve the establishment of a subsidiary in Singapore with the following contents:

- Company name: FLEXOFFICE PTE. LTD

- Transaction name: FLEXOFFICE

- Head office: 61 Robinson Road, #15-02 Robinson Centre, Singapore 068893

- Charter capital: USD814,402; equivalent to VND19,000,000,000 with 1USD = VND23,330 (TLG contributed 100% charter capital of FLEXOFFICE).
