On 17/5/2019, HNX officially admitted the delisting of following stock:
-       Name of issuer: ALV Infrastructure Development Investment JSC
-       Stock code: ALV
-       Securities type: Common stock
-       Total delisted volume: 3,157,936 shares
-       Total delisted par value: VND 31,579,360,000
-       Delisting date: 14/6/2019
-       Last trading day on HNX: 13/6/2019
-       Reason for delisting: the company submitted late audited financial statements of three consecutive years (2016, 2017 and 2018). Thus, the stock belongs to the delisting case regulated at point k clause 1 Article 60 Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated 20/07/2012 of the Government regulated the details of implementing some articles of Stock Act and modified law, supplementing some articles of Stock Act.
