- Approving the business result in 2018:
- Net revenue: 395,938,370,327 dongs
- Profit before tax: 73,553,941,023 dongs
- Corporate income tax: 6,824,959,535 dongs
- Profit after tax: 66,728,981,488 dongs
- EPS: 5,804 dongs/share.
- Approving the business plan in 2019:
- Net revenue: 400 billion dongs
- Profit before tax: 50 billion dongs
- Dividend: no less than 30%.
- Approving the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board and bonus to the Executive Board in 2019:
- Remuneration: 600 million dongs
- Bonus:
+ To finish the business plan: 1.5% profit before tax
+ To exceed the business plan: 20% profit before tax but no more than VND2 billion.
- Approving the selection of one of the three auditing firms to audit financial statements in 2019:
- Ernst & Young Vietnam Com Ltd;
- Auditing and Informatic Service Com Ltd (AISC);
- Chuan Viet Auditing and Consulting Com Ltd (Vietvalues).
- Approving the additional election of Mr. Tran Duc Tuyen as member of BOD for the period 2017 – 2021.
