On April 20, 2019, Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation announces the resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the business result in 2018:

-          Revenue:               532.9 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:      42.5 billion dongs.

2. Approving the business plan in 2019:

-          Revenue:               1,513 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:      145 billion dongs.

3. Approving the report on the Board of Directors activities in 2018 and plan for 2019.
4. Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2018 and plan for 2019.
5. Approving the audited financial statements in 2018.
6. Approving the profit distribution in 2018.
7. Approving the selection of one of the two auditing firms to audit financial statements in 2019:

-          A&C Auditing and Consulting Com Ltd;

-          AFC Vietnam Auditing Com Ltd.

8. Approving the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2018 and 2019:

-          In 2018:     63,750,312 dongs

-          In 2019:

+ BOD:     0.7% profit after tax;

Supervisory Board: 0.3% profit after tax.

9. Approving the transaction contract with related companies.
10. Approving the plan for convertible bonds issuance.
