The Board resolution dated April 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company (GMC) approved the content of Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

1. Audited financial statements in 2018.
2. Report on the Board of Directors in 2018;
3. Report on the Supervisory Board in 2018;
4. Approving the profit distribution in 2018 and plan for 2019;
5. Approving the audited financial statements in 2018;
6. Report on the remuneration of BOD and Supervisory Board in 2019;
7. Approving the selection of auditing firm to audit financial statements in 2019;
8. Approving to amend and supplement its charter;
9. Approving the plan for stock issuance to existing shareholders;
10. Approving the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend;
11. Approving other issues.
