On April 12, 2019, FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the plan for capital allocation from the public offering, which was adopted in Resolution No.01 dated June 12, 2018, as follows:
- Expected proceeds from public offering: VND2,996,190,740,000
- Plan for capital allocation: (i) invest in projects, (ii) invest in subsidiaries and (iii) increase the Company’s working capital.
