According to Board Resolution No.04/2019 dated March 01, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC) approved to issue corporate bonds in 2019 as follows:

- Issuer: Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (VDSC)

- Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured

- Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

- Offering volume: 500,000 bonds

- Total offering value: VND500 billion

- Offering price: 100% par value.
