HSG: Board approves to receive transfer of branches

On February 28, 2019, the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Group approved transfer of some branches under Hoa Sen Investment Group Co., Ltd. in order to restructure the distribution system. Accordingly, Hoa Sen Group will receive 60 branches directly under Hoa Sen Investment Group Co., Ltd. in provinces of Ninh Thuan, Lam Dong, Long An, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, increasing the number of branches transferred from Hoa Sen Investment Group Co., Ltd. to 161 branches (including 101 ones received in 2018).

Hoa Sen Group will consider to receive transfer of 500 to 600 branches from Hoa Sen Investment Group Co., Ltd..

The transfer is expected to be completed in March 2019.
