3. Total issued volume: 9,935,701 shares
4. Outstanding volume: 8,035,701 shares
5. Treasury volume: 1,900,000 shares
6. Expected issue volume: 2,410,710 shares
7. Total issue value: VND24,107,100,000
8. Issue ratio: 30% (The one who owns 100 shares will receive 30 new shares).
9. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be bought with VND10,000/share.
