On March 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment JSC approved the offering price in the private offering to partners as follows:

-       Number of shares to be offered: 10,000,000 shares

-       Offering price: 10,000 dongs/share

-       Estimated issue value: 100,000,000,000 dongs.

The Board also approved the list of investors, the documents of private offering to submit them to the State Securities Commission.
